Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Coco Soleil Swimwear, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Because our swimwear is handmade in small batches, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Returns for Refund

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and hygienic liners attached.

  • Once inspected and approved, we will refund your original payment method (excluding shipping fees).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and hygienic liners attached.

  • Exchanges may be made for:

    • A different size in the same style and color (example: exchanging a Small set for a Medium set).

    • A different style or color, if available.

  • Since we sell swimwear as sets or one-pieces only, exchanges apply to the whole set.

  • However, we understand sizing can vary. If you need a different size top or bottom, we may be able to accommodate a split-size exchange depending on availability. Since our pieces are handmade in small batches, we cannot guarantee availability, but we'll do our very best to help. Please contact us to check options.

  • Customers cover return shipping; Coco Soleil covers shipping for the replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.
