Ordering & Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the US. Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Delivery times vary based on location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, please reach out to us at 📧 hello@cocosoleilswim.com within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Sizing & Fit

Do you sell bikini tops and bottoms separately?

At this time, we sell bikinis as sets only, as well as one-pieces. We understand that sizing needs may vary, so we offer exchanges to help you find your best fit. If you need a different size top or bottom, we may be able to arrange a split-size exchange depending on availability.

How do I know which size to order?

Please refer to our Size Guide for detailed fit notes. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Yes — we accept returns for refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and hygienic liners attached.

Can I exchange for a different size, color, or style?

Absolutely. Exchanges can be made for a different size, style, or color (subject to availability). Because our collections are handmade in small batches, availability cannot always be guaranteed — but we’ll do our very best to help.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Swimwear Care

How should I care for my Coco Soleil swimwear?

Our pieces are handcrafted with care, and gentle handling will help preserve their beauty.

• Hand wash cold, separately
• Do not soak or wring
• Lay flat in shade to dry
• Do not bleach
• Do not iron
• Do not tumble dry or machine wash
• Do not pull or tug on the beading
• Avoid sitting on rough surfaces to prevent pilling

Can I wear my Coco Soleil swimwear in the pool or ocean?

Yes — your pieces can be worn in both. Please note that the metallic finish on select decorative beads may gently shift with water exposure, creating a more muted, sea-washed tone. This natural evolution does not affect the quality or wearability of your swimwear and is considered part of its charm.

How should I store my swimwear?

Each bikini comes with a protective satin pouch, designed to keep your swimwear safe during travel and storage. Always ensure your swimwear is completely dry before storing.
